A prize is awarded for the most inspiring story, reinforcing just how powerful this thinking can be.
The energy carries through to the end of the workshop as each group presents its artwork to the wider team.
The stories are shared alongside the artwork, bringing fresh perspectives, insight and energy.
Each piece is presented with ownership and pride, met with applause as colleagues are inspired by the vision and what it means.

One Shared Story
The artworks created during the workshop are taken away and professionally refined by our artists.
Individual canvases are carefully assembled into a single finished mural that captures the team's vision, shaped by the people who bring it to life every day.
The completed mural is then unveiled to the team, revealing how each piece contributes to the bigger picture.
This moment often becomes one of the most memorable parts of the experience.
Displayed in a place of pride, the mural remains a visible reminder of the team's vision, purpose and shared story.
