Over 25 years ago, we noticed something.
Teams were being given knowledge and insight but not the inspiration or connection needed to bring it to life.
The Mind Gallery was created to change that.

The Mind Gallery
We often get asked about the name. Some people think it’s a physical gallery.
It’s not.
It’s about the human mind and the vast, untapped gallery of potential within it.
The challenge is, we tend to rely heavily on logic when we learn, collaborate and solve problems.
Logic matters. But it’s only part of the mind’s full capacity.
When the creative and emotional mind is also engaged, we process information significantly faster and start to see opportunities that would otherwise be missed.
Through inspiration, we open up the mind’s gallery of potential.

Led by Trish Elkington, founder of The Mind Gallery, the work is supported by a trusted network of highly experienced facilitators, artists and creative thinkers across Australia.
Trish works closely with leaders to understand their vision for the team, drawing on decades of experience to deliver lasting results.
