The Mind Gallery presented a wonderful opportunity for team building and bonding in a creative and non-stereotypical way. Our team learnt a lot but also had loads of laughs. A very successful exercise for all concerned.
The Mind Gallery experience was a very creative, lively and fun way to explore the meaning of, and share with others our sense of, the organisation's values. The process worked very well - even those of us who felt we had very little artistic ability to offer were able to produce something we are proud of. We have a wonderful piece of art on display which provides us with a constant reminder of the values and which is a great conversation piece for us and our clients and visitors.
The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The workshop itself was motivating and informative. A real added bonus was having a permanent reminder of our values and not to forget beautiful art piece to hang in the foyer. We regularly give clients a tour of our offices and take great pleasure in telling the story behind the picture.
The success of the club is the combined effect of each individual. The Mind Gallery is a great way to harness the passion and vision of each player and unite them to create a strong and lasting visual trigger for the entire team.
A truly unique and effective method of driving a Team Strategy. What makes it different than traditional approaches like 'brain storming' is the hands on interaction and the ability to express and visualize the result. A strategy represented by art and created by your own team is worth 10,000 words! We are certainly more likely to remember what our strategy is and why it is important with a picture than with a bunch of words on paper.

As a spectacular thought provoker is has definitely serviced one of its purposes. On a personal level let me say that we thoroughly enjoyed the exercise and the way that you went about taking us through it. It was good fun, the more so when you moved us out of our comfort zones into less familiar ways of thinking.
Thanks to the Mind Gallery we have on our wall a permanent reminder of our creative partnership and shared vision we have with Telstra. It has been a talking point for many around the office.

The Mind Gallery brings an experience like no other. The concept of introducing fun and art to focus on all or part of your business is at first quite a daunting prospect, but once underway our 250 delegates embraced the concept as their ideas flowed freely towards the ultimate outcome – a descriptive work of art encapsulating their beliefs about their company.

Just try to imagine the senior finance staff at Australia Post dressed in smocks and preparing a significant piece of art. Not easy, but successfully orchestrated by the team at the Mind Gallery. We were able to represent the "Mission and Vision" of the Finance and Services Division in a way that ensured better understanding and commitment but also in a way that is now clearly visible to all. Apart from that we had a lot of fun. Highly recommended."
