BP Connect had developed an exciting new vision and needed to engage their leaders with the vision, they also needed their leaders to get to know each other and encourage greater collaboration. The Mind Gallery were contacted to put on an art teambuilding with a difference – a creative conference activity which also had a business outcome.

Over the course of the event, the teams from different business units worked together exploring the vision and then put paint to canvass to artistically represent the vision. It was an  event full of energy, passion, creativity and collaboration as teams enthusiastically took up the challenge of doing something new and working with people they had just met a few minutes beforehand.

The Mind Gallery lead artist then enhanced and combined the team art to create this wonderful Matisse style conga line. The image capturing the spirit of the vision ‘Giving customers a reason to return”

The piece was unveiled as to cap off  the  conference with a real WOW!. A colourful reminder and anchor of the new vision and the result of collaboration. This huge original artwork is now hanging at the reception area of the BP Connect Head Office; the image is also being used in a number of different ways within the regions and stores to continue to communicate the vision.
