The overall picture represents the positive partnerships the company strives for as well as Ipsens logo. This original piece now hangs proudly in the company’s main reception area as a unique example of the importance of the 'people' behind the company.

Many of the nurses are from the country and their role is not only to look after the women but the whole family. Great art and a night of hilarity.

This is our first Street Art inspired piece.  A team from Experian (an IT company) ventured into the alleys of Melbourne to learn about Street Art. From there they came back to the Docklands studio and created a piece to represent the benefits of increasing their communication with each other and their clients. The team got to create their own stencils and use spray cans as well as traditional mediums. The overall piece is entitled "Quality Noise" and is now hanging in the Melbourne office. A great talking point and quality communication tool.

Over 100 of the senior leadership team of ANZ Trade and Transaction Services used the Mind Gallery as part of a two-day leadership forum. The Mind Gallery component focused on the area of personal development and ‘Growth’, which is depicted by a fern. Teams of eight then developed their own visual representations of growth, which can be seen inside the fern. In addition to this digital image, the original piece – (which is more than three metres long), is hanging proudly in the foyer of one of the Collins street T&TS floors.

OAMPs used the Mind Gallery process as an integral part of a recent conference held in Tasmania. Over 250 delegates worked together to create this magnificant piece of art, which is now hanging proudly in the Foyer of OAMPS Head Office. The focus of the Mind Gallery session, was on what makes OAMPS unique in the market place. Given that the 250 delegates do not work together, it was also an excellent opportunity to create a greater sense of teamwork, and to maintain the positive feeling and motivation achieved at the conference.

The team work in different geographical areas and do not have the opportunity to come together regularly. The new manager wanted them to embrace the national vision, and build on their cohesiveness as a team. The process was used to create ownership for the vision, and to have an enjoyable team experience. The art shows the individual images as a reflection on water. This is to symbolise the images representing the team’s reflection of the national vision. The subtle overlay of a rudder represents the focus on direction and staying on course. A copy of the art is now available to all areas of the team, and will be used to underpin ongoing professional development activities.

This piece of art was designed and painted by the Sponsors, Charities and Defence personnel involved with Lake Attack. It represents the sense of collaboration to make the event the success that it is.

The overall piece is inspired by the imprint of tank tracks and the way that they work together to overcome obstacles and rough terrain. The individual images represent Unity, Enthusiasm, Fun, Compassion, Community and Harmony. The piece was auctioned at the Gala Dinner was a significant contribution to the overall event.

Oracle have made many acquisitions over the past 2 years so the art also addresses the need to become one team. The individual images making up the sails represent the benefits of the being one team from a sales perspective.

The Business Services Team used the Mind Gallery process to create a visual representation of their teams values - which included being passionate and dynamic. The Williamstown Yacht Club set the scene for all participants to create their own picture to represent one of the values. The final digital picture uses the 'chilli' (which of course represents passion!) to unite the individual pieces of work.

A newly established Business and Government Telstra team used the Mind Gallery as a unique way for the managers to get to know each other, while focusing on what is important to this new team. In just under two hours, 40 senior managers designed and painted what ‘unity’ looks like to them, with the individual pieces coming together to form this Picasso style face. The resulting image is an inspiring representation of what can be achieved through synergy, creativity and teamwork.

AMP IT Division – Team Building Sydney

This picture was created by over 350 staff of the IT Division at AMP, at an end of year event. With over 40 tables, and 15 artists there was certainly a great deal of energy, excitement and creativity displayed. The theme focused on the AMP ‘Pillars’ which underpin the AMP @ IT culture. The art was inspired by the famous Australian artist John Coburn, featuring his use of strong shapes and earthy Australian colours. The art from all 50 tables was captured in one overall piece, with each ‘pillar’ forming a picture on its own.

Sutton Tools used the Mind Gallery process at their February OH&S workshop. The team developed a 'Vision for Safety' and the resulting artwork will be used to help communicate this vision. As the OH&S team work at different sites, the Mind Gallery process was also an excellent vehicle for the team members to get to know each other and develop their teamwork skills through the creation of art.

The Mind Gallery facilitated a vision and values workshop for the Toll SPD leadership team. Once the vision and values were established the art was created to cement the ownership and give the leadership team a tool to communicate the vision and values. The design of the head and cogs, reflects the leadership mindset required to drive the business. The cogs reflect the interdependence and teamwork required to live the values. The original piece now hangs at the reception area of Head Office, while the Mind Gallery team is now working with different branches to create their own piece or art to represent the behaviours to bring the vision to life.

The team are made up of 19 flight centre shops that were each able to create their own piece of art. The individual pieces were then put together to create an identity for the Geronimo. The art is used at all ongoing professional development events and team meetings to keep the motivation focused and alive.

This art represents being in the Peak Performance Zone. This painting was contributed to by guests at a lunch co-hosted by the Mind Gallery and the Stamford Hotel. Guests were taken on a journey where they remembered a time when they were performing at their best. After a series of exercises, they drew then painted a visual representation of what being in the Zone looked like to them. Their individual images were placed inside an overall image designed by the Mind Gallery artist.

This piece was produced at a lunch hosted by the Stamford Plaza Hotel and Business Retreats Australia. Guests focused on their greatest achievements for the year and what this represented for them. They then painted their individual symbols inside a large mango which represents summer holidays in Australia. The Mind Gallery team used the resulting artwork as their 2003 Christmas card.

Excitement was the theme for this team mural, painted by the membership department of the MCC. When a customer receives notification that their membership has become available they are very excited. The membership department opens the door to that excitement as depicted in the picture. The main values of the team are shown on the panels of the door, representing 'focus as one', 'respect' and 'fun'.

This piece was produced by senior business development team members of John Holland to represent the benefits of Collaboration. The overall image is based on Da Vinci’s Vetruvian Man. Da Vinci’s work was chosen because of his unique talent of blending the worlds of Science, Architecture and Art. This is also the challenge of the current business development teams, with the challenge of blending the varied skills and talents of their business development teams and the various businesses of John Holland. The Vetruvian man also represents the notion of the perfect ‘blueprint’ which blends architecture with people and the balance of the universe.
